10月25日，沈阳市与匈牙利贝凯什乔包州级市举行建立友好合作关系协议书线上签字仪式。

On October 25, Shenyang City and Békéscsaba City of County Rank of Hungary held the online signing ceremony of Agreement on the Establishment of Friendly and Cooperative Relationship.

市委副书记、市长吕志成与贝凯什乔包州级市市长扎瓦斯·彼得分别致辞并在线签署协议书。中国驻匈牙利大使齐大愚发来贺信。

Lyu Zhicheng, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Shenyang Municipal Committee, Mayor of Shenyang Municipal People's Government, and Mayor Szarvas Peter of Békéscsaba delivered speeches respectively and signed the agreement online. Qi Dayu, the Chinese Ambassador to Hungary, sent a congratulatory letter to the ceremony.

贝凯什乔包市位于匈牙利东南部，是匈牙利24个州级市之一，历史悠久、人文荟萃，农产品加工、印刷、汽车零部件和旅游等产业优势突出。

Located in the southeast of Hungary, Békéscsaba is one of the 24 cities of county rank of Hungary. It enjoys a long history and rich cultural heritages. The city has outstanding industrial advantages in agricultural product processing, printing, auto parts and tourism.

自1992年第一家匈牙利企业来沈投资以来，沈阳市与匈牙利各界保持着长期友好的经贸交流与合作。2015年沈阳市代表团访问匈牙利，提出了与贝凯什乔包市建立友好合作关系的建议。

Since the first Hungarian enterprise invested in Shenyang in 1992, Shenyang has maintained long-term friendly economic and trade exchanges and cooperation with all sectors of Hungary. In 2015, the Shenyang delegation visited Hungary and proposed to establish friendly and cooperative relationship with Békéscsaba.

今年是中国与匈牙利建交73周年，也是中匈全面战略伙伴关系建立5周年。两国共同聚焦高质量共建“一带一路”，双边经贸关系纽带不断拉紧。沈阳市与贝凯什乔包市签署友好合作关系协议，将积极开展全方位多领域的交流合作，促进共同繁荣发展。

This year marks the 73rd anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 5th anniversary of comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Hungary.

The two countries have jointly focused on high-quality construction of the "the Belt and Road", and the bilateral economic and trade ties have been tightened.

Shenyang and Békéscsaba signed the Agreement on the Establishment of Friendly and Cooperative Relationship and will actively carry out all-round and multi-field exchanges and cooperation to promote common prosperity and development.
